Nourishing Juice Cleanses

Detoxify, nourish and elevate your health with our nourishing cleanses. Practiced by health enthusiasts around the world, juice cleanses provide you the opportunity to reset your digestive system, detoxify your body and welcome new, healthy habits.  Our juices and protein shakes are 100% organic, plant based and gluten free. We use a cold pressed juicer to prevent losing nutrients and enzymes with heat. Once extracted, we bottle the juice in reusable mason jars, and these will be fresh for 3 to 4 days. We strongly believe in the goodness of raw, unpasteurized juices, therefore we do not use any preservatives, additives or added sugar. Each juices contains 3 to 5 lbs of raw produce. Now that's a lot of nutrients!

Why cleanse?

The liver is our detox powerhouse and it works hard but it can only take so much pathogens and their byproducts, toxins, high-fat and high-protein foods, adrenaline and more. So over time it can become stagnant, fatty and weak. This will prevent it from producing more bile, which is critical for digestion, and to prevent unwanted pathogens thriving in your intestinal tract. When the liver and kidneys are overburdened, the entire toxic load of body rises, causing more illness. It also prevents the liver from storing what all of our organs desperately need: glucose from fruits and vegetables. This will also cause sugar cravings. Once absorbed, the glycogen is stored in our tissues for fuel, and also prevents us from feeling hungry all the time. We want to cleanse the liver and rebuild your hydrochloric acid which can be done with the mineral salts and nutrients from raw fruits and vegetables. As a result, overall body inflammation and toxicity is reduced. 

How many days should I do, and how often?

Everyone is biochemically different. It really depends on your current diet and lifestyle. If it's your first time, we highly recommend trying our Gentle Cleanse for 1 or 2 days. If you eat a balanced, healthy diet, you can try our Standard or Anti-Inflammatory cleanse for 3 to 5 days. We have clients that love doing a monthly cleanse and some that prefer doing a 1 day cleanse weekly.
